Sara Nazeman#TalkingAboutIt is a hashtag used to end stigma surrounding mental health awareness on social media. Roslyn is a sexual assault advocate who uses the hashtag to break down stigma around sexual violence and mental health. We also follow her as she gets a tattoo on the second anniversary of her assault, an act that helps her reclaim her autonomy and helps her heal from the trauma.
