Food Trends: Gluten-Free and Food Trucks

Ashley Gaete is in her final year of Media Studies and Journalism at the University of Guelph Humber. During her four years of study, she specialized in television and radio production, news writing, copyediting, social media, photography, videography, and writing long essays. Her hobbies include blogging, yoga, photography, music, travelling, fashion, and being frustrated with the Toronto Maple Leafs. Her passion for music and concerts has, at times, left her broke but with memorable experiences. She aspires to be a successful television producer but in the mean time she volunteers at Rogers TV for Daytime Toronto and interns at the CBC for the Steven and Chris show.
